Well to begin with, it seems, that Naruto can keep up with Sasuke's instant teleportation based on their fight against Kaguya. That being said, Naruto can avoid Sasuke's fatal attacks and once the cooldown of his ability begins then he can use his speed to cause him some severe damage since he will be able to outrun him. We also don't know the full extent of his black balls and whether or not he can use them in a similar way to Obito, I mean with the cancellation of ninjutsu. If he can, then it will be a huge bonus. He can also fly which can make him a difficult target for Sasuke's Susanoo and Amaterasu.
On the other hand many of Sasuke's abilities remain a secret but if he can use all of the paths then he sure will be powerful.
All in all, a conclusion wouldn't be safe based on what we have currently here assuming that Sasuke has a lot of things to show as well as Naruto has his Bijuu- yet unknown- mode.
If we were to judge them based on what we have currently seen then I would say that Naruto can defeat him without much of a difficulty but again we still have a long way to go before we can be sure.
