Hey guys I need help with the shine effect. I don't have Photoshop on my computer and I can't get it either. So, this is where you guys come in handy. I need this avatar to have the shine ray like on the example below. I have also posted a thread link in which it shows you how to do it and exactly what I am talking about.

Use the airbrush color white set transparency to half or above and draw straight lines using shift key of keyborad on that pic...
