Why exactly do you think sasuke is faster and has better taijutsu than kakashi? On what do you base this? Where does it say he is? Is sasuke known for being fast? (maybe like minato/raikage) or for having good taijutsu? (like guy/lee)
And for kirin, sasuke needs to lure kakashi to a higher place then sasuke himself is, which would probably only be possible in a building. The reason that actually worked on itachi was because itachi was mostly dodging instead of attacking. But of course, I do agree that once he actually succeeds in performing kirin, Kakashi will definetly lose.
Tsukuyomi; you cant really say its a fact that kakashi cant break it because hes not an uchiha. But you know what, lets say he cant and its a fact. If itachi were to pull out kakashi's eye, and the genjutsu is over, he wouldnt have gotten hospitalized or damaged that much because million stabs hurt more. You cant deny that, it wouldn be logical to deny that.
And tsukuyomi is only a manipulation of time, if the illusion feels like it took longer than it actually did <<-- this is what a manipulation of time is. If an event in an illusion feels as if it took just as long in reality, then how is time being manipulated? Or is time just being manipulated because the manga says this illusion is categorized as 'tsukuyomi'?
