Yes, but Itachi, I think, only lied to him about "I have playing at being your loving brother". And about "I did it to prove myself I could do it" (killing the clan).
The rest, about Madara and the kyubi, how to obtain M. Sharingan by killing his best friend, were true.
But Madara telling Sasuke the following look fake to me:
1 - The kyubi was a natural disaster (good boy, it happened to be soooo convenient when you wanted to revenge the clan for not supporting you!)
2 - The Uchihas were discriminated - no proof at all. Plus Sasuke is the most popular guy at school when they are 12. And though I could not find the link, during the chunning exams people gather on the day he has to fight. That's no discrimination.

3 - That's why they leaved in a different neighbourhood - no proof they were forced to do so. Maybe they wanted to stick together to train their kids in special Uchihas powers after school, maybe other clans as Neiji's do the same, or Kiba's, to have a place of their own with all the dogs.
4 - They were named Police to keep them apart from main positions - But they were proud of being police, it could have also been a way of saying "You are so strong and we are so proud of you that you deserve to be our police." - Plus there was no ban for anyone from any clan to become Hokage.
5 - The Uchihas wanted to make a coupe - could be, but it happens to suit Madara's story too well, he needs to create a reason for the extermination of the Uchihas to be ordered to Itachi.
6 - Itachi killed the clan and asked Madara to help him but leaving Sasuke alive - Hhmm, really, I tend to think that Madara wanted to revenge the clan for not supporting him and found a way to push Itachi into doing so by promising him not to harm Sasuke. This, in case the slaughter of the Uchihas was not ordered by the Elders or Danzou.
7 - Danzou killed or let the Uchihas being killed as he hated them. Not quite the truth: Danzou will kill ANYBODY who can compete for the title of Hokage against him. There are not much Senjus, either. Who else is a senju apart from the 2 or 3 we know to descend from the Hokages?

I think tobi is lying about the kyuubi atack and about how he took his brothers eyes (I just feel there's more about these then he said), and everything else he said is probably true, I mean imagine we're would the story go if all he said was a lie (about the Uchiha's and everything)...

as for pain part I agree with everybody else, it was no reason to tell Naruto all the secrets of Akatsuki

I think Marada created the orgnization cause he lost control of the kyuubi and want's it's power back

He doesn't, he has already said they are using the Akatusuki. What I guess he believes is that Itachi was good to him and that Danzou is more responsible than Madara.
