The rules was said that you have to wait 1month! before going to a new village... after leaving one.. I did this to join Konoha and got punished by the big man himself. Nexus. and Had to SERVE OUT my punishment.

but the very same thing I did. People did to Ame. I can guarantee you. More the alot of them dropped out a village that day and joined ame the same or the next few days.. wont call no names. but its not hard to figure out...

Did the rules change overnight? Are people saying to hell with it?

Like Mig said, people tend to ignore the rules. It's not uncommon that people ignore that rule, the only time people tend to notice that someone is breaking that rule is when they make a "Oh, I'm going to make a completely unnecessary thread in the ninja world, showing everyone that I'm leaving my village for absolutely no reason because I have an inflated sense of self importance when honestly no one could care less, and then immediately join a village where people can see their new village banner"...so don't be too surprised that this happened...but the staff do catch people doing it like Nexus caught you...it's just another rule that people tend to ignore.

the thing about me is... I told nexus straight up. and my reasons behind it. Him being the Head man Of RP he said he dont care of my excuse and BAM! bye bye ninja world.

but im curious. If this is a rule shouldnt this rule have a stronger affect?

Were you kicked out from your previous village or did you leave on your own? I believe it makes a difference.

If you already joined a village, you are not allowed to request to be accepted to another one; doing so you will get you removed from the Ninja world system.
If you choose to leave a village, for the sake of joining another one, you can leave it and send a request to the Kage of the village you plan on joining within 24 hours. Missing the 24 hour mark will force you to take on the Missing-nin status.
If you are kicked out of a village, you are forced to have the Missing-nin status.
The Missing-nin status means that you may not apply to or join a village for 1 month starting from when you left/were removed from your initial village.
After you have finally joined the village you prefer, you will see it as a sub forum of the Ninja world Section.

If you're kicked out you're forced into taking the missing nin status, if not you can skip it by applying within 24 hours
