Due to his love for water. He trained in water jutsus to the max. Studying the 2nd hokage and all his tactics etc. He learned to do all water jutsus with 1 handseal And Can do 10 Wind handseals in 3 seconds

Once the general says that he quickly let out a huge amount of water from his mouth. The water lifts him off of the ground causing a massive water wave heading your way. I then Quickly form 5 Tornados infront of the water wave as I jump off the water wave. The tornado envelopes the water causing 5 water tornados (Hurricanes) I then launch them towards you as im behind the hurricanes slightly cautious as I cant get a good visual on you due to the huge scale of the attack

He makes one hand seal and with his special ability to use water style without a source makes a large dragon of water circle around him and pick him up taking him up into the air and then drops towards you while smiling but as he jumps off the dragon, he grabs his bearers and draws in the water from the dragon to make two katana blades that are B rank all together but C rank separate. So he comes down slashing toward towards you as he gets close to you.

These two hilts are the perfect weapon for a weapon user and water user. The user channels their chakra and absorbs some water or moister in the air. The highest the rank of the object that is made of water is A rank or lower.
-Only used when the air has enough moister to make the weapon of chose of the user or a some type of water source is in the area of short range of the user to use to use to make the weapon of chose of the user and must have the user chakra in it or no chakra at all.
-The weapons made from the water still go by the elemental advantages and disadvantages
-The weapons also feel like the real weapon when used
-The user has to use a jutsu slot everytime the user uses the weapon no matter if it is to attacking or defending, the change of the shape depends on the attack or defense like for an example. The user going against a fireball and the user has the bearers shaped into katanas but the user needs to defend. The user would change the katanas into a rectangler shield to defend against the attack.

Creating a tornado that travel towards you with the tip of the tornado facing you travling in a very fast motion. This wouldnt pierce through you just violently send you flying backwards (Upwards in your case) causing serious cuts but not lethal

Tornadoes don't give you cuts. It is the things that it picks up that gives you cuts. Also a Tornado is just a large amount of gust wind in the form of a cylinder.

As I am coming down with my katanas and I notice the gust of tunnel wind heading towards me so I manipulate the water katanas and form a shield in front of me that lays flat that covers the top of the tunnel of the tornado and takes me up into the air while I stand on the shield holding the bearers down to keep the shield active. The tornado I used to take me up and I jump off it like a free faller from an airplane coming down towards to the ground with the bearers in my hand and the water still up in the air above the tornado. I come down and forms a water around me in the shape of a Box Jellyfish that bolts towards you and as we reach mid range of you, I push out of it releasing it towards you while I land on the ground smiling at you with my bearers still in my hand then place them back on my hip. Nice, but I am just to skill in one style that I can't be beaten.

Soon as the water shark bomb hit me. I quickly get rid of all the rocks and take out my sword. Soon as i take out my sword I encase it with lightning. Due to our clan abilitites causing the sword to vibrate giving it EXTRA cutting power (Ima just say +5 for now since things arent sorted out)

Once done. I quickly grip my hand in the middle (The hilt of my blade is in the middle) with my right hand. As I do that I quickly retract it to the side and with great force and haste I retract it back infront of me releasing a crecent shape slash that launch towards you sending out red chakra.

I'm a little worried about that combo. The lightning techniques increase standard kenjutsu but not advance kenjutsu. Standard kenjutsu is like start on forward attacks to the target body like slashes and not crescent shape projectile. But I will go along with it but beware reading the techniques and knowing the difference in things, hints the reason I am a kenjutsu master too

As the projectile is headed towards me at a quick paste, I make one hand seal releasing a jet of water that hits your projectile. The projectile keeps on coming towards me but it and my jet of water starts loosing its power but they stop and I stand there. The lightning doesn't effect the last jutsu even though you did try to stack the jutsus you forgot one thing which was what I put above. I stand there waiting and say, Quit playing with me. Come at me with full force. He actives his sensing abilities as he talks.

-As you starts to block my projectile. I then quickly stomp on the ground to launch you to your left by causing the earth from under you act as a spring. sending you to the large water source. I then Repeat the same process right after, sending me slightly higher in the air above you. Causing both of us to land on the water source when landed (Ima just say its a river to be specific). But right before i launch off I picked up a decent size rock and put it in my pocket. . As you launch over the river not even landing on the water yet. I quickly create a water spear thats 6 meters long. They have drills on the tip of them similar to a trident. I then Quickly throw it at you with great speed As im above you

I spring up and without even afraid of an attack since right when I was sprung up my sensing abilities come active. I notice you flying up. This fool think he is slick.(whisper) I smile as your form your trident and throws it at me. Water against me, yea right. He has to be smoking on some of that good shinboi weed.(whisper) I grab one of the bearers that is located on my right hip and with Tobirama special ability(make water out of thin air), he forms a shield that is able to protect against the trident and flicks away into a splash of water. I land on the water smiling at you. You are in my world now

I stand there looking at you and notices you releasing a large volume of fire at me. I get into a stance ready to defend but I notice your chakra is also in the air thx to my sensing abilities. I smile and activates my boots. I dash diagonally left up avoiding both of the jutsus. The wind jtusu would come down while I was dashing and the fire would pass by me as I dash diagonally. I stand there looking at you as you catch me standing there. I form a hand seal and with that you see a fireball coming down from the sky. With the hand seal and the jutsu activated, you would actually think it is a real fireball. As the fireball starts coming down, I make five hand seals and slams my hand onto the water. A snake comes up from the water and starting from the legs and up. With the snake paralyzing you from the legs up and the fireball coming down, it would seem so real to you.

At that time I then see a huge fireball descending from the sky, I then quickly see you slam your hands on the ground causing snakes to appear from around me.. Little did you know My Helmet allows me to sense chakra. So I already sense your chakra inside my system. As I dont hesistate, I quickly do 1 handseal and disturb my chakra knocking me out of the genjutsu

Description: The user does one hand seal to focus and then proceeds to disturb his chakra flow by forcefully stopping it momentarily and then "spiking" his spiritual energy, unbalancing his chakra. This dispels any genjutsu set upon the user except MS Eye Techniques, Paralysis-like Genjutsu and Demonic Illusion: Toad Confrontation Chant. The effectiveness of this technique is dependent upon the skill of the user. A Jounin rank ninja can dispel Genjutsu up to C-rank. An S-class ninja can dispel Genjutsu up to B-rank. A Sannin rank ninja can dispel Genjutsu up to A-rank. A Sage rank user can dispel Genjutsu up to S-Rank. The user may use this technique through physical contact on others to dispel them from Genjutsu. The technique can only be used once per turn and the user still needs to fully follow the logic as to why he figured out it was an illusion.
Soon as i did the handseal I scratched my finger to draw blood, but its not knowing to you that i purposley scratch myself... Soon as that happen I do 1 handseal and slam my hand on the water causing the blood to drop into the ocean as a sacrafice. Once thats done 8 Large tentacles emerge from the water all around you from mid to long range.. Soon as they emerge I do one more handseal and infuse the tentacles with lightning coming from the water, The lightning will give off a mini shock on the water you are on but not the full affect as it will have on you as the tentacles strike you. Once the tentacles come out the water infused with lightning it grabs you and drag you into the depths of the water hence shocking you at the same time slightly frying you

Description: This technique if the target is standing on a large body of water. An extremely powerful technique that requires a strong bond to the water element as well as a lot of chakra. In addition the jutsu requires a small blood sacrifice to be dropped into the body of water where the jutsu will be used. After the handseals and sacrifice is made, the user will place his hands down on the water and channel their chakra throughout the water. After a while, eight large water tentacles, that resemble octopus tentacles,will emerge from the depths and attempt to trap the target by wrapping around it. If and when ensnared, the tentacles will drag the victim into the water and then retreat back from whence it came.
