The Sharingan isn't able to tell the difference between a Kage Bushin and the real one, seen when Obito fights Naruto. (So I doubt Tobirama would be able to do it.) Beyond that, Madara may have made a special clone in order to make it last longer and be more solid.

No? If the Sharingan isn't able to tell the difference, then Tobirama shouldn't be able either. He also would be sensing chakra around a dead body, which means he wouldn't notice the chakra inside of the Clone.

the 2 madara's are reall madara's ...madara didn't die against hashi...but still the izagani did take effect creating a second madara...at least one of them created a madara clone vessel for himself..its not a jutsu clone..but its a weaker vessel created by hashirama's cells

Madara died against Hashirama, both Black Zetsu and Hashirama confirmed that. Izanagi was used to revive him later, then he created a clone to take his place in the coffin for the time being. Madara couldn't make clones of Hashirama's Cells until he gained the Rinnegan several years later.

say what? sharingan cant see the difference between a colne and the real thing? even kakashi could do that.
hashi's well made clones only can see with the sharingan.madara already said that.
tobi is a sensor type and he kept the body for research.so he cant identified it?

Then how come Obito was unable to tell the difference between a Kage Bushin and the real one? Kakashi was only able to see through normal clones, Kage Bushins are more advanced. Tobirama is a sensor type, yes but as he stated. He couldn't even notice Madara standing a few feet from him unless he focused his chakra.

if you dont focus you cant sense or see any thing.thats simple.
hashi's clones was more advance than any other. madara identified naruto's clone also.
so you telling that tobi was not focus on madara's body when he was doing research about it? research without focus?

Its as simple as this. Madara was dead. He was a dead body.

He is revived. He implants hashi dna.

He creates a clone(we dont know what type), and has it play dead in replacement of his body(so nobody would know he was revived) However as tobirama is a sensor ninja, the amount of chakra the clone had, must have been so small that only someone who can actually see chakra flowing could determine it was a fake.

Meanwhile clone madara is playing dead, real madara is beginning his plot.

Sometime after clone madara is playing dead, tobirama dies. Then madara can release his clone jutsu.


Clones have never been shown to have a time limit. They can last theoretically forever, as long as they do not use up their chakra, or get injured.


This is just my take on this. We do need a little bit more information though, to really understand how things happened.

My thoughts exactly bro. I thought of making this thread but didnt have time. Now to the point: first, narutopedia is fan made so the info will sometimes be incorrect. Secondly, when the user dies, the clone will also disappear. Then how in the world did kabuto find madaras body!? There is no friggin way that clone survived even after madara died. What do u think minamoto-san!!
