1. What was akatsuki doing during part 1 and before? Why did they wait til part 2 to start collecting most of the tailed beats? Would have probably been easier
this was replied in the series lol.
2. Why did tobi start a war and tell everyone about it? why not a sneak attack to get naruto and bee instead of telling everyone about it and giving all the nations time to prepare. Or grab him the times he met naruto before.
3. How was Tobi planning to win this war with just a bunch of crappy white zetsu's? he started it before kabuto turned up.
4. What exactly does Tobi want with sasuke? He wasnt part of madara's plans as he wasn't born at the time.
5. Is there a reason Nagato was picked for the rinnengan?
6. What was Madara doing between fighting the first hokage and becoming and old man who can hardly walk? just sitting around waiting to see if some uchiha happens to turn up under a rock?
7. Who are Hagoromo and Hamura's father? Did Kaguya just meet up with some random human?
8. Who are Indra and Ashura's mother?
9. Who raised Naruto? Hiruzen claimed he would raise the child when Minato & Kushina were killed, but Naruto is clearly seen alone and sad in the beginning.
10. I remember hearing that Itachi killed his own girlfriend when leaving. Who was this woman?
11. What is the 3rd Kazekage's and 3rd Mizukage's names?

1.im not sure it was explained why akasuki waited but orichimaru needed time to switch bobies.thats why j-man said 3 years.narutos training took 2 and a half though in the manga
