You need to have the aggressiveness , and the ability to control it.

Now I want you to tell me all about the fire element.

fire is one of the five basic elements. it is strong against wind since it only makes it larger and weak against water.

Fire has destructive powers and can its jutsu's are usually used with Tiger seal.
Uchiha clan's use fire as primary element and its even said that Sharingan has a Root to fire natured chakra.

Ok , I want you to breathe calmly and and try to burn this leaf

*i hold the leaf in the palm of my hand and calmly concentrate my fire chakra on it. it begins to burn in the center and then quickly disintergrates in a puff of fire*

*i hold a leaf in my hand and focus fire chakra on it. the leaf starts to burn where i was holding it and it slowly spreads until theres only a scrap of it left*

take a deep breadth and release air through your mouth then do it again but mix your fire natured chakra into it ^^

this should be easy.
*i take a deep breath lasting 3 seconds and let it all out. then i do it again while mixing my held breath with fire chakra and shoot out a small fireball from my mouth*

 

[Kagutsuchi]

A small puff comes out .. good good .. now focus harder

*i breath in deeply again and as i let it out i mix it with fire chakra shooting out a bigger fire ball that travels 10 ft and dies out*
done. now what?

now try to exhale flamable gas , mix ur fire chakra but restrict fire coming out .

*i take a breath and when i exhale i mix a little fire chakra into it changing my breath into flammable gas*
