Some Theories I have about the Juubi

As you can see, tornadoes, earthquakes and lightning storms are being created by the Juubi. Furthermore, there is a lot of water in the vicinity. I believe that the Juubi used its powers of earth release to create the earthquakes, wind release to create tornadoes and lightning release to create lightning storms. Also, you can see that the entire area has been flooded so it is quite likely the Juubi has water release as well. The Juubi hasn't been shown to use fire release just yet though it is very likely it can do such. The reason why the Juubi hasn't done so yet is because all that water would extinguish the flames.

Tobi reveals that it was the Sage who can use this power to create anything he wants but how can a mere man gain such power? The reason behind this is that once he became the jinchuriki of the Ten Tails, he gained access to all of its powers just like all the other jinchuriki we've seen, especially perfect jinchuriki such as Bee. Even Gaara, who wasn't a perfect jinchuriki, inherited the Shukaku's ability to control sand.

Juubi is not a Mindless Beast

Given the fact that all the bijuus we've seen so far can talk and have personalities, we can infer that the Juubi does too. Furthermore, to use creation of all things, one must first use their imagination to create form out of nothingness. To use imagination to create entire countries, you must have a massive brain to be able to vividly imagine on such a massive scale.

Yeah since all of the tailed beasts have one or more of those elements, it would make sense for the Juubi to have all of them too

This theory is quite plausible as all beings described as Gods are usually Omnipotent or Omniscient. It would make sense that the Jūbi can rationally think.

The Juubi in its Final Form will have a personality/consciousness. Everything that uses Chakra is one way or another Sapient, the toads, the snakes, Kakashi's dogs, even the inspiration of the alternative names of the Juubi have personalities. Deidarabotchi and Datara were Yokais that possesses sapience/consciousness, so its rather improbable that the Fully Transformed Juubi doesnt have a personality.

Agreed,it is improbable that he doesn't have a consciousness,since he was referred to as a "god who created countries",so no intelligent life form would worship a mindless beast of destruction.It is also probable that humans witnessed not only his destruction,but also the beauty of him creating life and life forms,due to which they called him as "god","creater" etc.

Yeah, I think the S06P got his Rinnegan from the Juubi. This means the Juubi has access to all the different types of Rinnegan as well as sharingan techniques which include every single MS technique in existence.
