In the span of a few minutes he ran out of Six Path Senjutsu chakra which proves his TSB were turning off because he was running out of the bijuu chakra that RSM is powered by.

You must be smoking that incredibly good shit. The reason why Naruto's TSB disappeared is because they were caught up in the explosion between Naruto's FRS and Sasuke's IA. The TSB aren't exactly abilities that can withstand everything, Naruto even kicked one in base with Rikudou Senjutsu.

They don't reform, nor re-spawn when destroyed. That's seen when Naruto progressively loses TSB from the start of Madara's battle, all the way to Kaguya's.
