Nope, it's pretty clear a chakra cloak without TSB an 9 tomoe pattern on the back isn't an RSM cloak. The cloak is meant to symbolize Naruto having the Juubi's chakra because all Six Path Senjutsu users have TSB and the same pattern design on their back, and no one has ever been able to switch off the TSB when using SPS.

Right I was like ... Is this guy serious? Naruto lost his final three TSB in his clash against Sasuke. They don't reform either.

No, when he uses a cloak with RSM his TSB activate automatically and they can't be turned off, anything that isn't what he used against JJ Madara is just KCM or BSM cloak. BSM only relies on Kurama's chakra while RSM relies on the chakra of all 9 bijuu.

He didn't lose them, he still had 3 TSB

And the other 6 disappeared because he was running out of the other bijuus chakra which is what RSM relies on. Having 3 TSB was a sign of his RSM about to de-activate like Hitsugaya's ice petals in Bleach

And most of them ignored the fact Naruto has no control over the activation of his TSB. JJ Madara, JJ Obito and JJ Hagoromo were never shown without their TSB because they can't be turned off at will, and all of them had the 9 tomoe pattern on their back.

When Madara mentions Naruto using Six Path Senjutsu the panel specifically zooms in on his back

Pretty shure we already found out that naruto has tw types of RSM witch is from the sage and the others nine bijus.

The next scans are his avatar throwing the FRS, getting caught in the debree and then Naruto longer having RSM activated.

In the span of a few minutes he ran out of Six Path Senjutsu chakra which proves his TSB were turning off because he was running out of the bijuu chakra that RSM is powered by.

You're the one ignoring facts, there's only one type of RSM cloak and it has TSB. Anything else is just KCM/BSM cloak.
