Madara then gets sliced in half by Sasuke. Madara Fail - 2.

Madara is forced to retreat by Sasuke and get the Second Rinnegan. Madara Fail - 3.

He awakens Rinnesharingan and casts IT.

But Sasuke with his Rinnegan is easily able to negate it. Madara Fail - 4.

Madara - 4 Points.

Sasuke - 0 Points.

Conclusion : Sasuke > Madara.

So basically you proved your own bia assed opinion by counting his losses and not his wins? C'mon son.
