Madara and maybe Orochimaru , how many thousands kids did this guy torture? How many shinobis? How many times did he make that experience?

We don't know how many guys he killed/solo'd , but it may be more than Madara's score of almost 10 000 shinobis.
Orochimaru is a death machine , Madara has not that kind of behaviour , he doesn't kill hundreds of children a day in 10 different hideouts , just for experiences.

OT: Killing fodders don't make you the solo king but soloing legends is what makes you the solo king! Even obito was afraid of Itachi/

I remember sasori negging an entire nation in a day. so does that make him the solo king? kakazu killed elite people for money does it make him the solo king?? Pain/Nagato never lost a fight does it make him the solo king?? No
