I see I see well nice idea. I think I even have a good tactic to use this, I'll send it to you later on ^^. One other thing, can the Box Jellyfish stay out of water? I haven't read any of your battles yet that you use the jellyfishes but that is something that has been running through my mind.

Depends of the summon. All of the techniques I had approved allow them to be outside water, through various reasons. Normal summons can't survive all that well, and if they're not, say, a polip, which can be stuck on the ground or on your body and attack through there, without a water source the medusas are pretty useless. Though you can, to a certain extent, summon a bit of water as you preform the canon summoming technique, at least enough to guide the summon somehow, but if you do not have a water source, I advise you to summon a specific box, and not a cannon one.

I see so Polyp can stay out of water but Medusas are useless without some kind of water source. I will try to think of more questions to ask you if they come to mind but I think that was the last one.
Make a boat? O_O I guess I have other reason not to if I want to meet the new friends.
I clap my hands together and manipulate the energy around us and forms a large boat that is grey and yellow in color. The water stay afloat in the water and I smile at you ^^ and bows.

Now there is something you never thought I could do but I guess Roku taught me well.

I hold the wheel of the ship and the ship starts to take off.
So captain, are you sure we are going the right way? I would hate to meet that giant squid again.
The ship starts speeding up and the wind blows through out hair and the sun shines down upon out faces. I look down at you and starts to turn another way but I catch myself and steers back on course.

While the captain is screaming, I make a sphere around the ship from the energy around the air without doing nothing.
Now that should do against anything.
The waves crush against the energy sphere while we continue on. The waves hit each side of the ship rocking us back and forth. I keep us on course as we are rocking
Anywho, we finally arrived. The Archipelago is an isolated micro-climate amidst the unclaimed and undiscovered waters north of the water country, in a mist valley, where a great reef is situated. It has excellent weather and currents conditions, though it's waters are packed with venomous box jellyfishes. You, as a Box summoner, are able to resist to the pain of the venom and it's effects to a certain degree, but you are not immune to it, nor will you ever be without proper permission (usually med-ninja or maybe a kg).
As stated, you are able to summon boxes from here, or be reverse summoned by a box to here. Now, let's train in actual summoning techniques.
Go to my jutsu thread and copy my lightning polyp, Mamaragan. Describe it to me.
I look up and see the island of Box Jellyfish and smiles sees the mist in the air makes me feel like I am home. I take out my water bearers and absorb some of the mist making a box jellyfish made of water.
Nothing like a good mist, makes me miss the mist village. So you say we are not immune to the poison but you say without med nin status and/or KG but what KG is that, never heard of it.
Rank: S
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 40
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user summons large polyp, with a body the size of an adult man, and a mouth filled with long tentacles. It has Lightning affinity, which give's it's translucent body and tentacles a strong electrical charge reacting automatically to any existing lightning in the surrounding area, up to 15 meters around it, as if it was a lightning rod. This means that while it is in play, for 2 turns, neither the user or the opponent can efficiently preform a lightning jutsu, as it will get pulled and absorbed by Mamaragan. It can absorb 80 chakra, 160 Damage Points of Lightning/Electrical based jutsu. Once the quota is reached, Mamaragan will burst open and expel several (10-20) tiny and light medusas, which are light enough to move through the air, and use small electrical discharges to change direction. This medusas will stay alive for 1 turn, and will produce powerful lightning discharges whenever they come in contact with the opponent, sending out a paralyzing wave which will lock the target's muscles for 1 turn, preventing movement. They fly at a normal pace, as if freely floating in the air currents.
*While in Polyp form, it is able to use its tentacles to move and/or thimble it's way around the field. In Medusa form, the small entities will just be attracted by the opponent's chakra, with no conscientious movement. They will not attack the user or fellow Box Jellyfishes*
*In Polyp form the tentacles can be used to wrap and bind a nearby (short-range) enemy while shocking him on contact (B-Rank) numbing his nerves*
*Absorbing the techniques do not count towards the jutsu count. Releasing the medusas counts as 1 jutsu. The electrical discharges from the medusas have a power equivalent to A rank, but do not count has a different jutsu from their release.
*The Polyp lasts 4 turns. If it reaches the 4 turns or the Lightning Absorption quota, it will release the medusa, if it is forced to vanish, it will not*
*The Medusas will stay on the field for 1 turn, before drying out. They do not contain poison*
*No other Box Jellyfish can be summoned on the field while Mamaragan's Polyp is in play*
*Can only be summoned once per battle*
Mamaragan in japensse name is Raiden which is a large polyp the size of an adult man. Raiden is a lightning affinity and has long mouth filled tentacles that has a strong elctrical charge reacting automatically to any existing lightning in the area around it which makes Raiden being a lightning rod type of polyp. While Raiden is on the field, two turns no one can use lightning jutsus as it will all pulled and absorbed to Raiden. The worse part is that Raiden can only stand on the field for four turns. But Raiden can absorbed two S rank jutsus but once he does, he burst open releasing ten to twenty tiny light medusas. The tiny medusas are light enough to move through the air with a small discharge of electrical to change direction. The medusas can stay on the field for one turn.
Absorbing lightning doesnt count as a jutsu, but releasing to medusas counts as a jutsu. The medusas discharge is A rank and doesnt count as a jutsu.

There's not a KG, per say, I'm just saying that we don't have immunity, because we do not control the poison or are able to counter it by ourselves. To control the poison, we would need to be a Box, a med-ninja, or have a KG (Say, create a KG ourselves) in order to do so. I'm not saying I will make such a thing, or that you should. Most of the techniques I created account for this restriction and work around it (Ex: Summoning tentacles to cover our arms, which only have nematocysts (thrust you still remember what those are) on one side.)
Okay, all correct. Something to have in mind: Mamaragan is the only exception to the Polyp rule, as it is a special kind of polyp. As such it can use Box Arts. Likewise, it is also the only exception to the medusa standard, as the medusas it creates cannot preform Box Art techniques. Also, the reason why Mamaragan is able to absorb lightnings is because it has the opposite charge of normal raiton jutsus and is able to shift the charge as to encompass any lightning-type jutsu. But take care not to stand between the Mamaragan and the lightning jutsu it is being absorbed, as it will make a direct line towards it, and will shock anything that stands in between. This is a good strategy to utilize him, as you can put him behind the opponent, and have your lightning jutsus travel straight to them. for example.
Another thing, you can summon him in the ground, with only the tentacles out, for a sort of surprise attack. Just an idea.
Another thing to take in mind, although it's in the description. The effects of the medusa touch: "sending out a paralyzing wave which will lock the target's muscles for 1 turn, preventing movement" Normally the lightning overpowers the effects of the venom, so, if your main goal is to poison the opponent, Mamaragan is not the most suited for the job xD
Anywho, just out of curiosity, can you explain why I used the name Mamaragan and Raiden? Know who they are? Do google them if you don't
When summoning Mamaragan in the ground isn't there a jutsu that summons polyp in the ground? If so that means I waste two moves to summon Mamaragan in the ground or just one?
Are you Australian? Since Mamaragan is from a mythological God of Thunder that is where you go that from. Raiden is from Mortal Kombat I am guessing.
None of that. You just get the option of summoning him above ground or bellow ground
Lol you're right on Mamaragan, though I was inspired on the aboriginal Australian culture, I'm not actually Australian xD
Raiden is the japanese god of lightning xD
Okay, now copy here the Coatrischie Boxes Technique and talk to me about them
