Is it possible to make different ranks in the social groups and every body who creates a social group with its own forum to be a moderator to it,because when u make a private social group you have to invite a mod if u want to make a thread sticky or delete some threads.

No, we will not make a Leader of a Social Forums Group a mod of that thread because:

A.) There are certain actions regular mods wouldn't be able to do
B.) We have 4 Super Mods (myself included) that don't need to be in any group to sticky and delete
C.) There is no need for this

ANd i mean these powers to be only for the groups,user has made
Like leader,co leader and so on -.-

Nope, all members here can do the same things and none other than the moderators and V can have powers anywhere.
And i am sure you can imagine how many useless groups would be created just for that
