Since the father have yet to be shown, we can conclude that the red hair trait is from his father. Kaguya is also confirmed to have Byakugan, which means that the Uzumaki and Hyuuga clan existed long before, thus Uzumaki and Hyuuga being descendants of SO6P's brother is void

I doubt the Sage and the brother even have a "real" father. Kagyua looks not really human more like a demon or goddess, she ate the fruit from another god-like being and stole his power. So yeah the Shinju is the father of the children.

Karin's hair is straight. It does spike out at the bottom more than any other Uzumaki, but none of them yet have had their hair sticking strait up like Hagoromo's.
While his hair is Majorly red, It is nowhere near the same shade as Uzumaki hair. It is brown, or maroon at best.

Also, his hair is a plothole, because juubi jin's hair turns white. Just look at Madara. Doesn't matter though.
