It's cool, but I feel like he should've been a couple or at least one rank ahead of everyone. Do they not skip a child ahead a few ranks anymore? If they did that, he could have been introduced later on during one of the first missions that take place after the chunin exams. Idk, I just feel like his powers are a bit out of place. Not that Mitsuki's real powers aren't out of place, but he just doesn't use them because it's not needed as his main way of attacking/defending. Whereas with Shinki, this is pretty much all he has as far as we know... and there's no set time limit as he constantly has it activated around him. So the kid is clearly above everyone there as far as his jutsu/general techniques. The only thing he lacks is experience, so he would only be chunin at best right now.. but to me that's a better rank for him to be introduced as. at least IMO
I'll try to explain my thinking better... It's like if they didn't promote Kakashi or Itachi when they were kids and made them compete against kids that were far below their abilities. It would have been a total blitz for no reason other than to show off a far superior child against average ones.. which to me is shitty.

I liked how he has absolute control over his constructs. He stopped a superfast killer needle in place as soon as Mitsuki said "I give up". A split-second slow, and Mitsuki would have been history. It's almost like that was an reflex reaction that didn't require any thought from his part. Hell, I can't even move my fingers fast enough to catch a pen let go from between my thumb and my index finger.
Deep inside, this guy is a good guy.
P.S. His beef with Konoha seems to stem from Gaara's admiration for Naruto.

Don't compare Shinki to the epicness that is Goku! The two are not alike. Goku is friendly and eager to have good fights and get stronger. Shinki is just some kid with a lucky KKG who spends all his time brooding over who knows what! Like seriously, from what we know this far, nobody from Konoha has done a darn thing to him. Yet practically every sentence that comes out of his mouth is Konoha this Konoha that peace time this softness that.
This brat talks as if he is some hardened veteran from the warring states period or something like that. However, I bet you this dude probably hasn't even really seen a real life or death battle in his life.
He needs to chill with his wannabe emo self.
People call characters like Neji, Gaara or Sasuke emo, but at least those characters had justifiable reasons to be disgruntled with the world.
What is Shinki's excuse?

Shinki is also eager for good fights. That’s all I compared.
Yes his sentiment about Konoha is wrong.. & recycled(see Shin Uchiha)
His face before getting KO’d shows he knew he fucked up with that thinking
Even tho boruto cheated, he then goes on to fight alongside the kages against aliens.
He’s gonna have to reconsider things when he wakes up.
