If this is how Hagoromo became the Jinchuuriki, then he'd only have the Bijuu's chakra and no Mazo, as it would have been sealed into the Moon. Which is obviously false as Hagoromo was stated to have the Mazo and the Juubi's Chakra inside him.

Your claim is backed up with a picture, but so is mine as you saw Kaguya's flashback of Hamura and Hagoromo using Chibaku Tensei, so I am not 'wrong again'.. Well, he can use Kamui to snipe out the only parts of Madara's body that he cant regenerate, his eyes, since they are technically Izuna's.
He can stay intangible while the Limbo clones are out and attack when they are on cooldown.
He can Kamui snipe the Gudou Damas rendering them useless.
Madara's durability seems to turn into marshmallow when he comes near Obito.
Obito can steal bijuu from a healthy rinnegan Juubi Madara, while half dead and being controlled by BZ, he could easily steal them from a blind and crippled one.
Chibaku Tensei orbs get kamui sniped before they can do anything.
