The first line is just that - the no limits fallacy.
Using this logic, you practically say Saitama's punching ability which can beat any foe is over any type of durability or state, and with his punches he can defeat abstract foes that are living concepts, and noncorporeal/intangible beings that have no body, beings that can survive cosmic aspects like supernovae and being hit by the big bang, universal sized foes, foes made of complete energy, foes with multiversal or even dimensional durability, etc.
The shadows isn't a quantifiable speed feat, you can't scale or determine the mach number he was moving at in that feat or how fast it truly is, it can't be scaled. The best calculable feat he has shown in the speed department was moving fast enough to catch up and break the meteor coming into space, easily into the mach 100s-1,000. Even still, in short fight bursts Goku and Frieza had disappeared from king kai's eyesight, who could track the saiyan pods that can travel far distances in space within a years time. Even piccolo busted a moon with a ki blasts in an extremely short timeframe, vegeta shot a final flash far into space, they've reacted to the same such ki blast attacks.
Without baring his fangs? Okay, so it scales him at planet level+ or bare minimum large planet level, just because it seemed to be done casually doesn't mean it's raised by an incredible level. Hell, it takes about 57.3 zettatons to bust earth, 2.7 yottatons for jupiter, that alone is a huge difference. As for that being sad, DBZ has been large planet level+ since frieza.

It stops at "Omnipotent" bro. Nothing is above "omnipotent" and if it is, it would make that thing that is "omnipotent" not "omnipotent" because nothing is above "omnipotent". Can't be above "omnipotent" because "omnipotent" basically means "THE ONE ABOVE ALL". And you can't have something above "THE ONE ABOVE ALL" and if you do. That would make the "THE ONE ABOVE ALL" not the "THE ONE ABOVE ALL" because something/someone is above it. And it's impossible to be above "THE ONE ABOVE ALL"
So that would make it IMPOSSIBLE for BUU to be "omnipotent" because he was DEFEATED

also buuhan never got defeated because his fusion ran out, and he transformed back into kid buu.

It's also totally true that super buu is omnipotent when bills who neg-diffs him has a percentage of power and already got beaten by gohan and technically gotenks, he also has infinite power and is a godly omniversal reality warper who is omnipresent and omniscient. Don't forget, he fights physically, so this is obviously true.

More credibility to mine is that it is the entire manga page, not just a snipet like yours is.
Lastly, Buu thinks he has just beaten everyone so of course he will say things like that. He thinks he is the strongest person there is, which at that point in time was true.
