Nah we haven't seen anything from shisui and losing to danzo doesn't bode well for a uchiha who was meant to be as good as he is. Sasuke beat the crap out of danzo and danzo was using izanagi then whole time.

We haven't even seen what Kakashi can do without Sharingan just because he uses it a lot doesn't mean he doesn't have anything else up his sleeve. He might have some kind of trump card,we don't know yet. So to call him a fodder, two chapters after he gets his eye jacked, is pretty ridiculous.
