So which characters now qualify for the top 10.

Considering the latest chapter of the manga which characters qualify for the top 10 strongest. When considering characters they have to be in the best possible condition so kakashi with MS and up to date naruto and sasuke, only include characters we have seen battling so no hagoromo or kaguya etc.

I believe these are the characters who qualify for the top 10 strongest position. Let's begin and in no order ( I'll leave that for you guys )

I mean he can't use Kamui that often. The only reason it was efficient in the war is because Naruto was giving him Kyuubi chakra.

It's too slow, plus he hadn't master it like obito. Charaka reserves is also a problem. Lastly he doesn't have another justu that is major threat to the top ten.

Nah we haven't seen anything from shisui and losing to danzo doesn't bode well for a uchiha who was meant to be as good as he is. Sasuke beat the crap out of danzo and danzo was using izanagi then whole time.
