What makes me wonder is how did juha kno they were going to show up?

That tells me they show up if SS gets destroyed..or if Yamamoto gets killed something like that.

Well the head captain always has special intel which will need passed on also they were ordered there by the king and also told to bring ichigo to the palace which I find very peculiar. But think of it like this is the gotei fail to do there job an eliminate an enemy than in all likely hood the zero division steps in. Also they mentioned rebuilding.

Also zero squad had to not get involved with Aizen till the last minute cause we all know his goal was to stand on top and get to the soul king which they protect so why leave him unprotected to come fight the gotei's battles for them.

Yamamoto is basically the last hope for Soul Society. If Yamamoto falls, then Soul Society is as good as defeated. That's how Juha knew Squad Zero would come.

Well Yamamoto didn't die against Aizen, but he was incapacitated so would it make sense for the Zero Squad to step in back then as well?

Perhaps, but there was also Ichigo and his FGT. So in that case, Soul Society still had a last line of defense. The King's Realm must have some sort of method of monitoring what happens in the lower realms. If Ichigo lost, then Squad Zero would have come

And they didn't put the real Karakura town directly in the Seireitei, it must've been somewhere in the Rukongai. So who knows maybe they were already waiting for him but Ichigo/Urahara defeated him already.

Not just Ichigo, you had Kisuke , Isshin, and all the other captains TOGATHER. ^_^. But main key players where Kisuke and Isshin, so it wasn't a big deal i guess. But yea you seem like you know your bleach. x-x
