I don't think she literally meant "marry a woman with the exact same personality as me", but someone who would show the same sort of love and care she had for Minato.

It really makes me question kushina. She wanted her son to go after someone that would hit him. Or it also could mean that he should find someone that loves him just like her, which is what I'm more leaning towards
I never believed it was "foreshadowing", more like the typical motherly "love" speech crap that EVERY mother say to their child.
But, if I have truly think about whom she could referre as a "weird girl", then....

Look in the chapter 692 and there he says everything isn't going the way Kushina said but he's trying his best but i don't have solid evidence though i think, there must be something, he sees in Hinata that's like his mother .
