Meanwhile, Toneri held the power to destroy both the moon and the earth, and already did so to the former. SO I'll repeat myself,: Toneri's feats far surpass anything Madara could dream of doing w/ the Rennigan, even as the Juubi's Jin.

That was not KCM Naruto, as he was shown flying, meaning he had Hagoromo's chkara, and his eyes had Kyuubi-sage appearance, meaning he was in BSM w/ Hagoromo & Hamura chakra [the latter which he got from Hinata]. Not to mention the two years of extra experience and training.
Moreover, Madara didn't solo the Narutoverse. He simply managed to pull out the Bijuu from Naruto through using the Gedo Mazo, something he wouldn't be able to do if he ever fought Toneri, because Toneri isn't a jinchuriki. Nor would he be able to surprise him with Limbo clones like he did to Sasuke, as Toneri has six path chakra and Tenseigan in order to see and sense them. See that? ABC logic failed you right there, as it so often does.
Also, the fact that you're referring to Pre-Rikudo Naruto and Sasuke is just laughable, as we saw how badly Madara was getting destroyed by Naruto and Sasuke. FFS, Juubi Madara didn't even manage to land a single [meaningful] blow on either Naruto or Sasuke after they got the Rikudo chakra! Instead he spent the time getting his ass handed to him left and right before being manhandled by a plant.
And honestly, if you ask me, losing to BSM Naruto w/ Hagoromo & Hamura chakra is no where NEAR as embarrassing or pathetic as getting negged by a plant despite having three eyes AND the ability to sense malicious emotions Lol
Nope. poor li'l Sauce can't fly, nor can he teleport anywhere, so a good 5-7 Moon Beam slashes to the general area where the two are fighting and it's over for Sasuke. That, or he can just use the Tenseigan weapon to destroy the planet, and in turn, destroy Sasuke. Or maybe some TSBs could penetrate through his Susano'O and erase his head from existence.
