Not really tho. Yamato Sai Sakura and Naruto couldn't read or follow Sasuke's movement's iirc. And Sasuke couldn't read Haku's until he was close to awakening his Sharingan. Plenty others also.

In real life though they can like boxing Bradley can see people's movement's(somewhat) and compare that to Dela hoya who can just not as much.

Crazy logic. To predict, you need to read the slightest nerve movements of the human body which byakugan probably can; while precognition of sharingan =/= nerve seeing. It is actually predicting what move an opponent will make before he even makes it.

Byakugan anticipation and Sharingan anticipation is quite different. 360 Degree vision eliminates the need for precognition as clear and precise as the Sharingan's. Byakugan precognition has hardly followed through in the series, as shown when Neji get's hit by merely one arrow sent by Kidomaru; meaning that the precognition isn't all that it's made out to be.

In the manga it says "sense" rather than anticipate, meaning that he can't exactly foresee anything. Once he senses an attack, it's all up to his reflexes to determine whether he actually dodges or counters an attack.

When fighting Kidomaru, he can sense the attacks rather than actually read any and every minor to major movement. It's not that he saw the shit in slow motion.
