Since Obito is born in February and Kakashi in september, it means that Kakashi is the youngest to develop MS?

There are a few others that we do not know what age they were when they awoke their MS but yes that would be most awesome if Kakashi was the youngest. However to help feed the flames and give the Uchiha fanboys something to say we still do not know if when one eye upgrades the other one does as well. So it very well could be that the only reason Kakashi had his eye upgraded was because Obito had his upgraded, or if you want to say it this way to really piss off the Uchiha fanboys that it was Kakashi that upgraded to MS because he killed his best friend and suffered the trauma and Obito only benefited from the awesomeness that is Kakashi.

On a side note to this topic how awesome would it be if the two are linked and when one upgrades the other does as well, so in the course of this battle Obito stretches his MS to rinnegan and Kakashi gets it as well.

Proof, itachi became anbu cap at 13 and gain his MS, Obito and kakashi both didnt unlock to at least a year later

shisui might have unlocked his way even younger than 13 beccause he knew full well how to use KA and some people have seen this abillity in there life time, and it takes 10 years to recharge
