Kakashi was 30 by the time databook III came out, which was 200+ chapters ago, so he's probably 31-32 now.

It's cool. Kakashi age is confusing, because you think he'd be a few years younger than Obito due to graduating the academy at age 5, whereas Obito didn't graduate until age 9. However, this is disproven by the fact that Itachi was stated to be 4 during the war that "killed" Obito, and Obito was stated to be thirteen. We know Kakashi is nine years older than Itachi, however, so it appears Obito and Kakashi are the same age and that the teams were shifted around the age groups, possible because so many ninja were dying in the war.

I think at the begin of the manga, it's stated that the nine tails fox attacked the lead 13years ago, and at the begin of the manga, Kakashi is 26. So if it is true, then both Obito and Kakashi were 13when Kyubi attacked. When you know that Gaiden happened before, they were probably even younger(between 12 and 13)

And he is born in august and Kakashi in september. So yeah, Kakashi is basically the youngest one.

Naruto had just been born when Kurama was released. Naruto was 12 in part one.

Kakashi was 14.

True, but if you notice, he looked older during Kyubis attack than the one who unlocked MS. Minato wasn't even hokage at that moment. So the incident probably happened one or two years before the Gaiden, and it's around the Gaiden that Kakashi unlocked his MS, so he was probably 12 or 13 when he unlocked it

Kakashi was 13 when Obito died, as Itachi was 4 during the war, and Kakashi is nine years older than Itachi. Therefore, Kakashi was either 14, or just about to be 14, which doesn't make him the youngest.
