Regarding Sakura's overheated behavior and Shizune's hesitant expression, I find it surprising that people are still doubting that she is an experiment. Given what you see and how people are responding, if you can't see the obvious clues then you are probably just afraid that she might actually be an experiment.

If Sakura was 100% confirmed to be the mother of Sarada then it wouldn't be hard to outright say that she is the mother. Why hide something that isn't even important to be hidden. Either she is the real mother or she isn't.

It's not that hard to see that Shizune and Sakura are hiding something about her birth.

Its pretty much clear that Sarada is the daughter of Sasuke and Sakura since Kishi stated it in his designs.

Very unlikely for Sasuke not knowig about Sarada's existence. I mean, she and Sakura wear the Uchiha crest all around the village, and we know now that he has been in constant contact with the village. It is also unlikely because even Akatsuki Guy and Shin are aware about her existence.
