Doubt it. They may have co-operated in past but Madara said that things didn't go the way he planned which means Tobi has his own agenda.

Tho, Kabuto said he's "his" (Tobi's) assistant. What makes me wonder is that both of them didn't call him Tobi. Perhaps Tobi is just an alias that masked man camed up with. Also, Kabuto saying he's Tobi's assistant means he is still on Tobi's side.

Seeing someone saying he's Madara during his death will make him angry.

Also: Itachi said that he'll defeat Edo Tensei, the jutsu - so he'll go after Kabuto the caster of this technique. It would be unlogical if he went to defeat Madara, Muu and the rest of the Edo Tensei's. Moreover Tobi is seen as untouchable with his space-time jutsu+Rinnegan+Sharingan. Moreover it would give a good fight since Tobi was negatively surprised about this resurrection, clearly because of his strenght and the fact of disturbing his image as "Madara".
