So Sharingan > Ninetails but It Can't Manipulate Weaker Tailed Beasts?

I think all Bijuu can be controlled/suppressed by the Sharingan.

It wouldn't make much sense for Kurama to be the only one that is susceptible. Rather, he's the strongest of the 9, so why would Madara and Obito want to waste their time controlling less-powerful Bijuu?

Besides, Kurama has always been in the Land of Fire, making it easier to get access to than those in other countries.

the akatsuki went everywhere to hunt down the tailed beasts....the land of fire was the least attacked one because....it only has naruto one of the 9 are there...only one who went to the hidden leaf were apparently hidan/kakuzu but that failed early on and pain but he lost...but the akatsuki went to all lands to capture the tailed beasts...so...about location

for some reason i ve seen people assume that obito has never had a chakra issue...especially with that senju DNA he has...he can use his power easily without much chakra loss..only time i saw him have difficulty is when using his 6 paths..he controlled the mizukage with the beast inside the person...but never the actual creature but that may be true
