So Sharingan > Ninetails but It Can't Manipulate Weaker Tailed Beasts?

It is kind of weird how uchihas like obito and madara can control the ninetails, the strongest of the 9 tailed beasts but it can't control the supposedly lesser ones? How does that work? I know that Hashirama was able to control multiple tailed beasts but he seems to be the only one to do so. Killer Bee only controls the 8 tails, Naruto only controls the 9 tails, Yagura only controlled the 3 tails...and madara and uchiha only controlled the 9 tails.

Hashirama can control multiple beasts and handed them to different countries but back to the topic. Uchihas can't control the lesser tailed beasts? If that's so then that means the lesser tailed beasts have a better chance fighting obito and madara's sharingan manipulation than the 9 tails but it is believed to be the 9 tails is the strongest. It seems a bit unsual?

Btw for those who will say they can just amaterasu the tailed beasts that may be true but they still have a better chance against the sharingan than the 9 tails who automatically and immediately falls prey to the eye.

I'm not sure really. An Uchiha has never really tried on other Bijuu's other than the Nine-Tails. I personally think they could, it just isn't explicitly stated.

they are tailed beasts nonetheless, powerful weapons..if that was the case why did they go to capture all of them, yes to resurrect the 10 tails but obviously because they are important source of power too. Besides Hashirama had multiple of them....why did he capture so many of them then if he had the 9 tails? yes to stabilize power but he still capture multiple ones, but why waste his time if they are unimportant?

i believe the same as well..they just have never tried...but nothing wrong with wanting more than that....obito could have soloed the three tails instantly when him and deidara captured it by just looking at the beast...yea he was hiding his identity i know but just saying

That's true too they can probably only control one at a time...i guess hashirama's ability to control tailed beast is more multi tasking type

I believe that Hashirama just got to the others first. Considering Tobi was controlling the 4th Mizukage (who was a jinchuuriki), this would lead to believe that the beast was controlled as well. As far as why the series focuses on the 9-tails... Spoiler alert, it's inside the main character.

i see it, the sharingan on that tailed beast, i knew he was controlling these through 6 paths technique but i guess the sharingan also played a role

Chances are they cant control the other beasts because they were more than likely perfect jin.
Assuming they were aiming for the beasts the host could simply snap it out of the genjutsu and vise versa

I think all Bijuu can be controlled/suppressed by the Sharingan.

It wouldn't make much sense for Kurama to be the only one that is susceptible. Rather, he's the strongest of the 9, so why would Madara and Obito want to waste their time controlling less-powerful Bijuu?

Besides, Kurama has always been in the Land of Fire, making it easier to get access to than those in other countries.
