you said it. This is why I prefer Hebi Sasuke over his other forms. He had the most Versatile jutsu set then. He doesn't even use half of them now even though at his current level they would level the landscape.

True....But Madara hasn't been in the spotlight as long as Sasuke who has been here since the begining.

needs to much prep to be used against just anyone. sasuke used the heat given off from amaterasu plus his fire dragons to set the stage

well, to be honest, Kirin is too overkill for Naruto, so that may be the reason
