Becuase honestly I think had he used that attack against Juubito it would have worked (as in affected him) It isn't normal jutsu but actual lightning (perhaps Nature chakra?) he simply uses his own chakra to guide it down.

Again it's not always about the most powerful jutsu though it is powerful in its own right. Naruto used Sexy no jutsu against the strongest being in the universe after not seeing it since what? the begining of shippuden?

Aren't you guys even remotely interested in versatility? for cripes sakes aren't you bored with the same oversized grand jutsu already? It's redundant.

Sasuke can cleverly use Kirin as well. Can you imagine a Susanoo Kirin Arrow?

A stronger Sasuke = A Stronger Kirin. Jutsu doesn't just stay the same level just because it was used when the ninja was less powerful. Look at Sasuke Grand Fireball compared to Madara's. Same jutsu different power level.
