Sorry, but it remains unknown regardless of what you say. This "level beyond" is unknown, we still dont know the degree of its size.

I agree, power is greater importance. But again, we dont know its sole power, only this combined power.

Right now people are jusf trying to categorize this to feel better, thats what people do. But there is no proof. Orochimaru in the previous chapter just stated that Sasuke remains inferior, not suddenly sasuke has PS?! I think not, i wont give it a label for satisfaction.

There is such thing like unstabilazed PS. PS is basically CS that was stabilized.

But you can have a final susanoo with an MS. Only difference between the MS & EMS one, is that the EMS susanoo is alot stronger and looks different in each of the stages. And only someone with an EMS can stabilise it, i think.

Not yet... We don't know the scale of it. It may not be a Perfect Susano'o but instead a Fourth Stat/UNStabilized Susano'o considering the size gap between his and Madara's.

I know that its bigger than the Kurama avatar, since Sasuke's V3 was the same size as the Kurama avatar, and PS should be bigger than V3, by a large margin as seen from Madara's display.

On the other hand, I don't know if its as big as Madara's. Madara's Susanoo have always been bigger than Sasuke's, even V3 as shown in the scan above.
