Not yet... We don't know the scale of it. It may not be a Perfect Susano'o but instead a Fourth Stat/UNStabilized Susano'o considering the size gap between his and Madara's.

I'd say we wait and see.

Not really, considering his is largely inferior to Madara's. I mean he has one most likely, but on a lesser scale.

How do you know its so much smaller? If its because it fit Naruto's Kurama avatar, then that isn't sufficient evidence.

-Madara's PS is larger than Full Kurama, but it fit him at VoTE, because Madara made it fit by adjusting its size, Sasuke probably did the same thing.

-Sasuke's Level 3 Susanoo was already equal in size to the Kurama Avatar, so his PS should be larger, much larger given the difference in size between Madara's V3 and PS.

Its power be may comparable, but the size of Madara's PS is what was really hyped.
