u wana know y ppl hate her. ill tell u.
When pain destroys the leaf with shinra tensei, sakura just cried like a b!tch screaming naruto's name (jus coz sasuke wasn't there). i mean if she could do all that she did in the last few chapters, then y didn't she try to take on pain? everyone else was.
now tsunade who had protected EVERYONE from pain's jutsu and used up almost all her chakra doing so STILL tried to confront pain in her weakened state. now that deserves respect and u know it does. all that while sakura was watching from an distance.
now for hinata who wanted to help naruto from the start of his battle with pain was stopped by her guardian when he said she will just be in the way. but upon seeing naruto in peril decided she didn't care and went to help him anyway. all this while sakura was STILL on the sidelines.
now why im i calling her a ripoff. EVERYTHING she is now doing is EVERYTHING we have seen tsunade do and i can't stand to such a useless char like sakura ripping off a well written char like tsunade
and no she hasn't mastered tsunade's techs. she can't use strength of a hundred or creation rebirth. and she has no defence. there are several chars who don't have dojutsu or are a jinchuuriki or have a kekkei genkai or have a special lineage but are still incredibly strong.
minato
jiraiya
orchimaru
sarutobi
3rd/4th raikages
2nd mizukage
konan
The first three you mention - Minato, Jiraiya, Orochimaru - are all either orphans or have parents who are currently unaccounted for in the manga/anime.
So their genetics, bloodline and whatnot isn't really known and therefore they don't make the best examples.
Sarutobi is a Clan - one with a Fire Affinity and known for producing talented, formidable shinobi. Sasuke Uchiha was given his name after the Sandaime's father, Sasuke Sarutobi, as Mikoto told Kushina it was done in the hope that her son would grow up to be a great shinobi like his namesake.
The Raikage - the have techniques they pass on to one another, whether blood or not it's based off an intense lightening affinity. They DO have a 'special' lineage.
Konan - again, like the first lot her parents are unknown because she is an orphan.
But back to the point...
I didn't wonder - at all - why people hate her. I myself dislike her and have a strong preference for Hinata over herself. What I did say was this;
... I don't know why people treat Sakura's accomplishments like they're nothing. They're something, which is after all much better than nothing.
I dislike Sakura - and at times I have hated her character, for the very examples you have given. YET I can still appreciate her accomplishments but they are just that... accomplishments. She is and has been improving.
In Part I she was a self-centred, vain and selfish girl who cared more about her crush Sasuke than well... pretty much anything and everyone else.
She's not perfect - she has bad traits in her personality, but then so does everyone else. But by Part II she is at least less self-centred, she is considerably less vain and selfish and her relationship with Naruto is massively improved by her taking to heart Sasuke's words about her inability to understand.
... it's a long process, it's not her fault she knew nothing of loss. Not like Sasuke and Naruto did.
She also spends a fair bit of time 'in the distance watching' because she is a med-nin, she is foridden by Tsunade's rules from purposefully engaging in combat.
What Hinata did was both admirable and selfish - it would of been vastly more selfish if she were a med-nin. Med-nins can't afford to sacrifice their lives. Sakura knew she couldn't defeat pain, but she knew as a med-nin she could help save lives by doing what she had been trained and instructed to do.
Tsunade's actions are different because a) she can bypass the med-nin rules and enter combat, b) she is Hokage, it is her duty to defend her village, c) she had little choice, Pein attacked her.
Also - she's a Senju descendant with an Uzumaki grandmother, her chakra reserves are ridiculous and therefore her jutsu is obviously more impressive. Not to mention her age, experience and practice it's hardly surprising Sakura (age 15) is yet to wholly outshine her in this respect.
Regardless, her less than appealing personality and her questionable actions regarding her courage aren't the main focus of this thread.
Yes - she has mastered the byakugō.
True - we have yet to see her produce the techniques that are able to come from this such as Creation Rebirth but she's yet to be significantly injured in order to use it.
In theory, I don't think she'll have a problem using it - if she can heal the shinobi alliance en mass with Tsunade's healing jutsu then I don't see why not.
