I say there hasn't been a Hyuga illustrated that didn't possess a Byakugan, you say that we don't know if their was one or not because it hasn't been illustrated or elaborated on in the manga so that's not enough proof to say that their could have been a Hyuga that didn't have a Byakugan.

He didn't show ALL and even when he did applied wind chakra it didn't make much difference compare to Naruto. He didn't amplify or form his new jutsu to give much impact. Vanashing rasengan is atleast bit different but still a grand weaker scale. I'm pointing the truth but since since you're not interested in facts I guess you're the one making excuse for your own good.

Minato, Jiriaya, Kakashi, Konohamaru, Naruto and now Bolt... This conclude rasnegan is not rare. We havn't seen Boruto developedd his rasengan ever since the movie so I think you spoke too soon. Even then it Doesn't make Boruto a prodigy when the end result he'll be the same league with same form rasengan as Naruto fully developed rasengan just a few tweaks...
