Each person who learned the Rasengan aren't even in the same generation and ended up teaching it to the people who know it now. It's 5 people, three of whom exclusively use it. That's out of everyone in the series past and present. The jutsu is still a rarity.

That's not how it works, they cannot belong to 2 clans at the same time. They have blood inherited from a Hyuuga mother but that's as far as their relation with the clan goes, they are Uzumaki. Their kids will be Uzumaki as well.
Smh, they are both Hyuuga and Uzumaki, more Hyuuga than Uzumaki. Just because they haven't been shown in the little we've seen to be affiliated with the clan doesn't make them any less Hyuuga, hell there isn't even any Uzumaki clan so what's your affiliation excuse there?
