Ok then for refrence to all. Dont bash, insult or flame. Remember that all of us here have different points of view on everything especially religion. If you arent willing to discuss the popes election in a civilized manner I will close this thread. So save me the trouble. Yeah I didn't make this thread for atheist/agnostic/other religions to attack catholics, go to Reddit or make your own thread if you insist, I'm not a supporter of the church or the problems they bring but that's not the point right now.
All that I am saying is that we should all try to give our opinions in a respecful way. I am Christian but i also have to respect others points of view regardless of what they are.

Im never said it shouldnt be critiziced, im just not so simple minded as alof people posting here too instantly bash a person they know nothing about with bad jokes wich only insults those we have fallen victim on the church his filthy ways.
If you're willing to call yourself the leader of such an organization, which in fact opperates all over the world, controlled by the vatican, I don't think there's a lot we need to know about this guy.
And we do know several facts about this man. He has been involved in some scandals in Argentina, and has a firm hatefull stance against homosexuality.
Also funny how they turn 'being voted for by a bunch of old guys' into 'being picked by God'.
Talk about conning the masses.

The point is effectively utilizing the money. If this man truly can bring about a change, let it be religious, I or anyone else shouldn't have any issues. But can he truly accomplish this? That is the question. We will never get to see these Church Politics, so it's hardly a lesser affair than grasping at straws.
