Both of the seals are gone, so they both dont have the sage's chakra anymore. Naruto lost his form while Sasuke keeps his new eye. So I am guessing the eye wasnt from the sage's chakra but just Sasuke's chakra fusing with Hashirama's to give him the rinnegan?

It's one of two things:
Naruto lost it, but gained the second half of Kurama
Naruto kept it and gained the second half of Kurama

Sasuke's Rinnegan is from Hagoromo. Without him, his eyes would be regular Rinnegans though due to Hashirama.
