Both of the seals are gone, so they both dont have the sage's chakra anymore. Naruto lost his form while Sasuke keeps his new eye. So I am guessing the eye wasnt from the sage's chakra but just Sasuke's chakra fusing with Hashirama's to give him the rinnegan?
