If Kakashi is actually the sixth hokage in the movie, this is means that naruto's one and only dream of becoming hokage failed.

That is just sad and unacceptable.

I mean the whole story was about a boy who wanted to become hokage and get acknowledge by everyone, if he didn't even become hokage till the end of the manga, the story will feel like incomplete.

I wouldn't say that. You remember that Obito wanted Kakashi to be hokage. So, it probably means Naruto (or perhaps Sasuke or Shikamaru) will matriculate the title later on in the movie. Of course they would not want to spoil that.

Obito already said it all. Kakashi is going to be the 6th Hokage, and Naruto is going to be the 7th.

Naruto is probably going to be very busy after the war. He will likely need to go around to the various regions of the world to help restore order and confidence in the village system. Either that, or Naruto will be the foundation of a completely new system where there is a central ninja authority ranked above the village Kage.

There really isn't any point in maintaining the current system with Naruto primarily loyal to only one village. He could solo all of the other villages. Plus, Naruto is likely going to change Sasuke too, which would make the current system even more unbalanced. I think that all of the villages will band together to create a single governing body. One where shinobi act more like peacekeepers than warfighters.

I don't think most of Konoha wants to hear what Obito had to say to be honest. He started the entire war and slaughtered thousands of people. At best he'll be remembered as a war criminal with bi-polar issues IMO
