Disagreed. Naruto has little bit of all their chakra , I doubt it disappeared since both sasuke and the sage implied that it was permanent and that only way to destroy it is by killing naruo

Ok first bijuu chakra doesn't go away. and the amount that was given to naruto was very little. On its own it is pretty much useless. Naruto could only do all of those amazing feats that he did fighting Madara and Kaguya because Naruto had all the bijuu gathered.. Naruto only gets full RSM when all bijuu are gathered within him. The kicking the TSB was not done in base. Naruto was in RSM mode

Now Naruto does have RSM without the other 8 bijuu (cloakless form with BSM eyes, but no coloring around the eyes), but that is only because Hagoromo gave Naruto that power. Full RSM has a completely different cloak, no chakra on the skin, the rinne symbol on his back, and the TSB on his back. That form was only when Naruto powered up and is only attainable with all of the bijuu within him.

It really depends on your own definition of "full". You're adding the the TSBs and the bijuu because that was the strongest form of naruto and logically the most perfect, however that doesn't change the fact that bijuu and the TSBs were additional factors.
