Now after 15 years, we would assume that Naruto had fully master RSM.

So here is my biggest question...

In all seriousness though. I came to this conclusion because threads like this already existed. There was a translation or something I think stating that that was what RSM looks like without the hokage cloak. Not much help but it shouldn't be too much of a search since this and therefore the thread were so recent. Perfectly logical as to why I said what I said though.
