Sasuke's range is huge. It's mountain ranges apart.as he was able to blitz Naruto in his KA.

Also, if Naruto's close enough to blitz, Sasuke's close enough to use Ameno. But yes, Naruto's foot speed is faster.

I used the scans to determine that Sasuke's Susano'o is at least the size of a mountain, and thus, so is the KA.

That means that the distance is at least a mountain range.

Well I think Kaguya and 8 gates Guy are both faster in raw footspeed rather than just Guy. I also think an argument could be made for Juubidara but IMO Naruto is the third fastest ever but the fastest shinobi currently alive. Of course I'm not including space time ninjutsu because many more arguments could be made if that is included.
