So Madara is going to be a big part of the war.. At this moment only Sasuke or Kabuto or Jugo and Suiegtsu can take madara.. but i doubt that because i believe that sasuke is going to turn even colder now that he learned that Itachi truly loved him and that his father cared about him,, his hate is going agaisnt all the people from the leaf that took his family away.. Kabuto could take on Madara but madara is at another league.. Suiegetsu and Jugo might have a chance agaisnt madara because of the scroll they found out in one of the Orochimaru hideout.. Kishimoto-san is making the war interesting where anything can happen.. like Hashirama returning or Guy using 8th gate.. or maybe even Sasuke awakening the perfect Susano..

Jugo and Suigetsu? You mean that they could team up and take Madara by themselves? We saw how powerful they were in the battle against Killer Bee, or in the battle against the Kage. Remember the Kage? They're the ones who are fighting against Madara and losing.
Suigetsu got his ass handed to him by Darui, who is weaker than the Raikage. Jugo got smashed by the Raikage. So those two losers together are more powerful than the Raikage AND the other four kage combined? No. that's absurd.
Sasuke can beat Madara? No. Sasuke has EMS but does not have Rinnegan, isn't an immortal zombie, and doesn't have unlimited chakra. Sorry. Sasuke won't win that fight on his own.
Kabuto? Also no. Kabuto's powers are sage mode and a weird combination of the techniques of other, weaker ninja. Remember how Sasuke and Itachi wanted to just kill him, but didn't because they needed to keep him alive. Sasuke stood around for most of that battle looking like an idiot because he didn't know how to not kill Kabuto. If Sasuke had fought, Kabuto would have died. The only technique Kabuto had which offered serious threat was his two sound-based genjutsus, which did stop the Uchiha brothers for a small amount of time. Even IF Kabuto would have defeated the Uchiha brothers, it wouldn't put him into the same league as Madara. Sorry.
Considering that Madara said himself that the only comparable power was the Bijuu, the only real threat to him will probably be some combination of Naruto and other powerful ninja. I suspect that a team up of Naruto and Sasuke might have the raw power to do it. Adding in a few other friends may help.
