So madara is hangin out for a while..

So Madara is going to be a big part of the war.. At this moment only Sasuke or Kabuto or Jugo and Suiegtsu can take madara.. but i doubt that because i believe that sasuke is going to turn even colder now that he learned that Itachi truly loved him and that his father cared about him,, his hate is going agaisnt all the people from the leaf that took his family away.. Kabuto could take on Madara but madara is at another league.. Suiegetsu and Jugo might have a chance agaisnt madara because of the scroll they found out in one of the Orochimaru hideout.. Kishimoto-san is making the war interesting where anything can happen.. like Hashirama returning or Guy using 8th gate.. or maybe even Sasuke awakening the perfect Susano..

(3) You don't know what's in that scroll. I doubt it contains enough plot no jutsu to allow Suigetsu to overcome Madara.

Lol, no one can take this Madara alone, hell not even the 5 kages can take him out, Suigetsu and Jugo are really weak compared to a ton of other characters

Knowing something and being able to use it are two different things. If anything, that page suggests that neither Suigetsu nor Jugo can properly utilize that info. because they are giving it to Sasuke, rather than using it themselves. Furthermore, they didn't even know about Madara prior to finding the scroll. Read that chapter you cited. If it did contain some info. specifically for defeating Madara, they would not have thought it useful because they didn't know Madara was around...
