Naruto hasn't train in like, 5-6 years now, yet Sasuke who's always in touch with his abilities hasn't pull ahead of Naruto? How strong is Naruto?
So let me get this straight.

Shin confirmed in the Naruto Gaiden that the lack of war and enemies have resulted in both Naruto and Sasuke becoming rusty. Though Naruto was slightly worse, albeit in Sasuke's case he was using massive amounts of chakra after learning his S/T so it may have kept him in check a bit.
In Naruto's situation, he was always tiring himself out with clones so his physical body is still in tact.
I think people are not really looking at the context that clear. They are rivals who bicker like rivals do. Sasuke just said he hasn't surpassed Naruto yet, it doesn't mean he's inferior to Naruto or vice versa.

He hasn't pulled ahead can mean they're equal, maybe.
Still, I think regardless of how people analyze the 2, until it's explicitly stated otherwise, they're equal.

Agreed. I think Naruto has more raw power, but Sasuke is more skilled. Look at it like Goku and Vegeta. Goku has access to more ki, but Vegeta is the more skilled fighter.
