He's asking how you know non-Uchiha can't have EMS. No other person has been shown to have two Sharingans and been able to awaken MS+PS.

I see, after thinking about it twice I see that I was jumping too fast to conclusions. However in Kakashi's case it would not make sense (unless he is an half Uchiha), becasue he is getting the same eyes he had before. It is like saying Sasuke could have archieved EMS if he pulled out his and put them in again

It's not his though. He got it from Obito. Also, perhaps it isn't possible without two eyes. Keep in mind, when he got his eye, MS wasn't awakened yet.

Actually not to be honest. It is true that his father was good, but that's it. It is Obito's Sharingan that made him who he is today. This chapter confirms it more or less. Without Sharingan he said I am useless. With Sharingan he says he will protect the world.
I think it is unfortunate, because I think Kakashi has a lot of potential and should not need Sharingan.

OT: Indra is the direct son of Hagoromo. You just cannot compare the two in being special

Genin at 5. Chuunin at 6. Jounin at 13. Anbu captain at 17. Sensei at 23.
Sakumo is also powerful like Hagoromo, obviously not as powerful, so why wouldn't Kakashi?
He's useless against Kaguya. Everyone else in Konoha that's alive is also useless against Kaguya. As a matter of fact, everyone that isn't on the battlefield right now, or edo tensei, is fodder compared to Kaguya.
